The Eviva London is truly a one of a kind vanity.  With a depth of 18" it offers a plethora of storage space in a compact size. This vanity made from sold wood construction features a white Carrara marble countertop, undermount porcelain sink(s) and brushed chrome knob/handle(s). Available in a single or double sink version in White, Gray or Espresso and in many sizes from 20 to 60 inches.

Order Confirmation:

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at orders@highendvanity.com

Damages: 

DAMAGE CLAIM* upon delivery, PLEASE INSPECT THE MERCHANDISE BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT, any damages must be noted on the delivery slip and REFUSE THE MERCHANDISE IF THERE IS VISIBLE DAMAGE, take some pictures as evidence, call or email us immediately and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number for faster processing. If there is no damage on the merchandise, please do indicate the condition. Damages found after signing claims will be accepted at the carrier’s discretion, therefore it is important to inspect all packages before signing.

Cancellations & Refunds:

You may cancel your order anytime as long as it has not been shipped.  Once an order has been shipped and you decide to cancel it for any reason, you will be refunded  minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee. All defective, missing parts or damaged products at our fault or during transit, we will either replace, exchange for the same item or parts  or if you prefer a refund, you will be  refunded. RETURNS*  All returns need to be pre-authorized with RMA number(return merchandise authorization) before returning. If  failing to contact us prior to refusing or returning the merchandise; customer will not be refunded and shall be liable for all shipping cost. All “buyer remorse” returns will be subject  to return shipping cost and original shipping cost. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. All items must be returned in new or unused condition with ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please retain ALL original packaging, NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Delivery

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14  days, the package may be delivered earlier. Heavy products will be delivered via LTL freight. You will be contacted by phone to arrange delivery (within a specific four- hour time period). All deliveries are at the curbside and you will be required to have additional helpers on delivery day. Do not sign your order until you have thoroughly inspected it.
