Can the package be delivered when i am not present to sign for it?
Someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for your delivery. If you are not home to accept the delivery, you will be responsible for storage fee .
Can i return an item if i don't like it?
Yes, you can return any purchased item you don't like, you have 30 days from the delivery date. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping and the initial shipping cost paid by us. The item must be in the original packaging and should not have been installed
Do i need a return authorization number?
Yes, contact us via email at email@example.com and we will provide you with return instructions.
How do i select the right bathroom vanity?
Measure the size of the space available for the vanity in your bathroom, width, height and the depth. Keep in mind that you will need a little extra space for moldings, and room for vanity doors to open.
What is your warranty policy?
All of our products include full factory manufacturer warranty, and it can be found on the product page. For any warranty inquiry, contact us or feel free to contact the manufacturer directly.
Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on all items in the lower 48 states.
How do i check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed and you will also be updated when your order has shipped. We will provide you with the tracking number when it becomes available
Are all the items seen on the pictures are included in my purchase?
No, always refer to the product description and specifications. In most cases, the base and the top are included.The mirror, faucets, P-Trap are purchased separately.
What happen if the driver refuse to wait for me to complete the inspection ?
Open the box immediately, inspect the package and take photos.In case you find any damage, snap pictures, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you file a damage insurance claim.
Will the driver come with an extra person to help lift the heavy products?
We recommend you have a friend or family member help you for that. If you don't have anybody, we can arrange with the freight company to send an extra person. Note that you will be responsible for that expense.
